沖縄から直送された食材を使った、本格的な沖縄料理が楽しめるお店です🌺✨

たくさんのランチメニューに迷いながらも、今回は「そーきそば定食」を注文🍜
とろっと煮込まれたソーキと、出汁のきいたスープ、つるっとした麺が相性抜群で最高でした👏

沖縄の炊き込みご飯「ジューシー」🍚と、海ぶどうがのったサラダ🥗も付いて、沖縄感まんてん！！

ちょっとした旅気分が味わえました✈️🌿

This time, I took a short walk from Magome towards Ebaramachi 🚶‍♂️ to "Totonoten," a restaurant right by Ebaramachi Station that serves Okinawan cuisine 🏮. It's a place where you can enjoy authentic Okinawan dishes made with ingredients shipped directly from Okinawa 🌺✨.

While I was torn between many lunch menu options, I decided to order the "Soki Soba Set" 🍜. The tender, simmered soki, the flavorful broth, and the smooth noodles were a perfect match and absolutely amazing 👏.

I also got a side of Okinawan mixed rice called "Jushi" 🍚 and a salad topped with sea grapes 🥗, which really brought out the Okinawan vibe!

It felt like a little trip ✈️🌿.
