本日は大切なお客様へ 価格改定のお知らせです。
2023年4月に当店がオープンしてまもなく2年が経とうとしています。決してアクセスの良い場所とは言えないですが、それでも足を運んで下さる皆様に支えられて今日まで営業してきました。
「美味しかったです」や「ずっと来てみたかったの」など嬉しいお言葉をいただく度に背中を押して貰うような気持ちになります。本当にありがとうございます。
しかしながら、ここ最近の原材料費や光熱費の高騰が続いている中で、これまでの価格でお鮨の品質を守ることが難しくなってまいりました。
私たちとしても、できる限り価格を据え置きたかったのですが、これからも「美味しかった！」と言っていただけるようなお鮨をお届けするために、来月の5月1日より、お鮨メニューを3〜5%ほど価格改定させていただくことになりました。
いつもご来店下さっているお客様には大変心苦しいのですが、これからも変わらぬ味と品質を守るために努力してまいりますので、変わらぬご愛顧をいただけますと幸いです。
今後とも鮨喫茶すすすをよろしくお願い致します。

Today we would like to inform our valued customers of a price change.
It will soon be two years since our restaurant opened in April 2023.Although it is not an easily accessible location, we have been able to operate until today thanks to the support of all of you who still come to visit us.
Every time we receive a compliment such as "It was delicious" or "I have been wanting to come here for a long time," we feel as if we have been given a push.Thank you very much.
However, with the recent increase in the cost of raw materials and utilities, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain the quality of our sushi at the prices we have been charging.
We wanted to keep our prices as low as possible, but we will continue to serve sushi that will make you say, "That was delicious!We have decided to revise the prices of our sushi menu by 3-5% starting next May 1.
We are very sorry for our regular customers, but we will do our best to maintain the same taste and quality, and we hope you will continue to patronize us.
