雑魚川（ざこがわ）にある滝の中では最大級とされ、高さ25メートル、幅10メートルの広い滝口から水が勢いよく落下する姿は、まさに圧巻👏

例年10月中旬～下旬が紅葉の見頃で、ブナやミズナラなどの広葉樹が赤や黄色に色づき、
白い飛沫を上げる大滝との調和は、非常にダイナミックで美しい景観を作り出しますよ🍂✨

Ozen Falls
(Sakae Village)

Hidden deep within the remote Akiyamago area in the northernmost part of Nagano Prefecture lies Ozen Falls, a beautiful waterfall known for its striking contrast of vibrant autumn leaves and powerful cascades.

Standing at 25 meters high and 10 meters wide, it is considered one of the largest waterfalls along the Sako River.

From mid to late October, the surround beech and oak trees turn into shades of red and yellow, harmonizing beautifully with the white spray of the waterfall to create a mesmerizing view.

Access: 70 minutes by car from the Shinshu-Nakano IC Exit
