【第1回「納豆・味噌・醤油・甘酒とは何か？」】
🗓️日時 / いつ：10月21日（土）14:00-16:00
✅内容：日本の食生活に欠かせない納豆・味噌・醤油・甘酒とはどのような発酵食なのか、
実食を通じて理解を深めます。
【第2回「日本酒とは何か？」 】
🗓️日時 / いつ：10月28日（土）14:00-16:00
✅内容：日本酒はどのように作るのか？ワインとはどのように違うのか？
日本酒にはどのような種類があるのか？日本酒にはどのような食材と相性がよいのか、実食を通じて理解を深めます。

👫対象：外国人40名（先着）

🌟Content: What kind of fermented foods are natto, miso, soy sauce, and amazake that are
essential to the Japanese diet?
Deepen your understanding through actual food.
◆Part 2 “What is sake?”
🗓️Date: October 28th (Sat) 14:00-16:00
🌟Content: How is sake made? How is it different from wine?
What types of sake are there? What kind of ingredients go well with sake?
Deepen your understanding through tasting.

(5th Floor of Meguro City Office Complex’ Annex, 2-19-15 Kamimeguro, Meguro-City, Tokyo)
💰Fee: free (MIFA membership required, annual membership fee for student is \500.)
👫Capacity: 40 foreigners each day (First come, first served)
