A very special namagashi order, blending the colours of Japan and Thailand, to celebrate a wedding anniversary and honor a long, happy life together. Of all the special orders we’re lucky enough to receive, the ones that come with the message, "We loved it so much last year, we just had to do it again!" are probably our favorite! Going from "This might be interesting…" to "It was delicious! Thank you so much! Again, please!" feels like the highest compliment to our artisans. When we have the chance to work with the same customers year after year, we’re always careful not to fall into routines. We’re constantly looking for fresh approaches and new ways to surprise and delight you—that’s when our wagashi chefs can really show you what they’re made of!
