The character 魚火（UOBI）is written as fire in fish.
We are an IZAKAYA specializes in "grilled fish" we grill seafood such as bluefin tuna, seasonal white fish, and shrimp rare.
Also we offer a carefully selected dishes, and drinks bring out the flavor of the fish, including Japanese whiskey, sake, and wine.
