有人カウンターにお並びいただくことなくご自身のペースでチェックインのお手続きが可能なセルフチェックイン機が6階フロント横に設置されました。

有人カウンターが並んでしまっている場合など、ぜひご利用ください。
もちろん、スタッフがサポートさせていただきますので、不明な点はお声がけください。

どちらかを読み込みしていただくことで、ご予約情報の入力の手間なく、よりスムーズにチェックインしていただけます。

We’ve installed a self check-in kiosk next to the front desk on the 6th floor, allowing you to complete the check-in process at your own pace—no need to wait in line at the staffed counter.
If the front desk is busy, please feel free to use the kiosk.
Of course, our staff will be happy to assist you if you have any questions.

Simply scan either:
・A transportation IC card registered with your membership number
・The QR code from the JR Hotel Members app
This allows for a smoother and quicker check-in without the need to manually enter your reservation details.
Please note that depending on your reservation details, you may be asked to proceed to the staffed counter.

We’ve also added an Information Counter next to the front desk.
Feel free to stop by for assistance during your stay, sightseeing advice around Takasaki, or information on nearby facilities.
