"Chestnut and Sweet Potato"
Highly watered dough made with Japanese wheat Haruyoro-koi and plenty of pumpkin.
The sweet potatoes and chestnuts are mixed with the sweetened sweet potatoes and chestnuts with astringent skin and baked to a soft and chewy texture.

This baked good is available only on Saturdays and Sundays, and will be baked around 1:00 p.m.
