グランドオープンに伴い、新たにシグネチャーメニューとして“ローストビーフ”をご用意させていただきます。

甘みと香りが濃厚な黒毛和牛を用いたローストビーフは、タイムやクミン、セロリなど、数種類のスパイスで下味を付け、噛み締めるたびに肉本来の旨味や甘み、そしてスパイスの豊かな味わいが口いっぱいに広がる一皿。丁寧に時間をかけて焼き上げることで肉の旨味を閉じ込め、ジューシーでしっとりとした柔らかな肉質に。

添えた、マッシュポテトやクリームスピナッチとあわせてご堪能下さい。

グランドオープンまであと2日。
