出荷量が少なく、ほとんど市場流通しない幻のメロン『クールボジャ』を紹介します🍈

栽培が難しいため全国的にも定着せず、県内では岩沼市と名取市のごく一部だけで栽培されてきた希少なメロンです。生産者の高齢化に伴い存続が危ぶまれましたが、岩沼市の農事組合法人林ライスがハウスを譲り受け、令和5年度から栽培を始めました。

『クールボジャ』は網目のないメロンで、メロン特有のえぐみが少なく、濃厚な甘さを味わうことができます😋
現在はまだ生産量が少なく、ほぼ全量が予約販売となっています。

I'd like to introduce you to the rare melon "Cool Boja", which is shipped in small quantities and is rarely distributed in the market🍈

It is a rare melon that has not become established nationwide due to its difficulty in cultivation, and has only been cultivated in a small part of Iwanuma City and Natori City in the Miyagi prefecture. The survival of the melon was in doubt due to the aging of the producers, but agricultural cooperative corporation Hayashi Rice in Iwanuma city took over the greenhouse and began cultivation in fiscal year 2023.

"Cool Boja" is a melon without a mesh, so it has less of the bitterness that is typical of melons, and you can taste its rich sweetness😋
Currently, the production volume is still small, and almost all of it is sold by reservation.
Please try the "Cool Boja", known as the rare melon.
