-さいたま市観光国際課よりお知らせ-

本日から、六本木の東京ミッドタウンにある「ザ・リッツ・カールトン東京」にて、さいたま市の伝統産業である「大宮盆栽」の展示が始まりました。
展示する盆栽は一週間ごとにすべて入れ替え、３週間で計50程の盆栽がホテルを彩ります。

展示期間中には、ホテル45階の「ザ・ロビーラウンジ」にて、盆栽のデモンストレーションも実施。盆栽の剪定や針金掛けなどの実技を、生演奏に合わせながら披露します。

We at the Omiya Bonsai Art Museum are excited to tell you about the Omiya Bonsai display being held at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo, located in Roppongi, from January 9th until the 29th.

Over three weeks, around 50 bonsai will give the hotel a touch of nature. The bonsai on display will change every week, keeping the exhibit interesting.

Bonsai demonstrations will also be held on the 45th floor during the display period. Skills needed to create bonsai such as pruning and wiring will be unveiled live during these demonstrations.
