【作家のことば】
私の元で作り続けてもうすぐ40年になるこの大盃は、新木の枝打ちからはじめて今日に至ります。次代を担う若い衆に、盆栽を作り続けてきた私の情熱と姿勢をこの作品から感じとって欲しいと思います。

【A Word from the Artist】
I have been working on this ōsakazuki azalea for over 40 years. I hope that the young people who are the future of bonsai will be able to feel my passion and stance when creating bonsai through this piece.
