In celebration of the 15th anniversary of The St. Regis Osaka, we are delighted to present the traditional St. Regis ritual, the Midnight Supper, on Saturday, October 11.
The Midnight Supper was a late-night dinner hosted by Caroline Astor, a symbol of the St. Regis founding family and a leading figure in New York social circles in the late 19th century. Blending the elegance she established with the refinement unique to Osaka, this special evening will intertwine 121 years of the storied St. Regis legacy with 15 years of the hotel’s history, creating an unforgettable celebration.
The night begins with a dazzling Champagne Sabering ceremony, followed by amuse-bouches once served at The St. Regis New York, such as shrimp cocktail, along with beloved signature dishes from the hotel’s restaurants over the years, all paired with exquisite wines.
Live jazz, imaginative cocktails crafted by the guest bartender, and a lucky draw featuring hotel stay vouchers and dining experiences will further elevate the festivities.
