小麦を工場に置かず100％米粉と豆乳をブレンドした生地とカスタードのグルテンフリークレープは小麦アレルギーの方でも安心して食べられます。
素材にもこだわり米粉と豆乳・地元青梅産の深美卵を使用し、ヘルシーでも食べ応えのあるモッチモチ生地と濃厚なカスタードを使った手作りクレープを是非ご賞味ください。

Even those with wheat allergies can safely eat gluten-free crepes, which are made with a dough and custard made from a blend of 100% rice flour and soy milk, without using wheat in the factory.
This shop is particular about the ingredients, using rice flour, soy milk, and Fukami eggs from local Ome.
