料理内容は、和御膳＋ハーフビュッフェです。
朝食のメニューは定期的に新しくなっております✨
ハーフビュッフェはその日の気分に合わせておいしくいただけます♪
日田市のガンジー牧場で採れた
ガンジー牛乳を利用した
「ガンジーミルクのプリン」
はなめらかな口たりを実感でき、デザートメニューとして大人気です♪

This time, we're bringing you the atmosphere of the breakfast venue at Blossom Oita!
Breakfast at Blossom Oita is served on the 8th floor at “Niwano Shokutaku : Shiki”.

The meal consists of a Japanese set menu + half buffet.
The breakfast menu is regularly updated with new items✨
The half buffet lets you enjoy delicious food according to your mood that day♪
“Guernsey Milk Pudding”
Made with Gandhi milk sourced from Guernsey Farm in Hita City
Its smooth texture is truly delightful, making it a hugely popular dessert item! ♪

This breakfast is also available to non-staying guests! ✨
