【学内合同業界セミナー】
１／２８（水）・１／２９（木）に学内合同業界セミナーが開催されました
開催時期によって目的があり、今回は近年内定を頂いた幅広い業種の企業（例年１２０社）が集結し、愛知淑徳大生に寄せる期待など採用に関するより具体的な情報を入手することができました。
以下に春、夏、秋それぞれのセミナーの目的を記載しましたので就職活動を進める上で参考にしてみてください。２年生も参加可能です！
【春】各業界のリーディングカンパニーが集結。【夏】インターンシップ等準備として、業界理解を中心に企業が求める人材や働き方などを知り、働くイメージを築きます。個別教室での開催のため質疑も有意義にできます。【秋】卒業生が活躍している企業が集結。人事・採用担当者のみならずOB・OGもセミナーに参加。キャリアデザインや仕事のやりがいを直接聞くことができ、就職活動のアドバイスも受けられます。

【On-Campus Joint Industry Seminar】
On-campus joint industry seminars were held on Wednesday, January 28th and Thursday, January 29th.
These seminars have different objectives depending on the time of year. This time, companies from a wide range of industries (usually 120 companies) that have received job offers in recent years gathered together, allowing participants to learn more specific recruitment information, including their expectations for Aichi Shukutoku University students.
The objectives of each seminar are listed below, so please refer to them as you proceed with your job search. Second-year students are also welcome to participate!
[Spring] Leading companies from each industry gathered together. [Summer] In preparation for internships, participants learned about the industry, the talent companies are looking for, and working styles, building an understanding of what it would be like to work there. Individual classrooms allow for meaningful Q&A sessions. [Autumn] Companies where alumni are active gathered together. Not only human resources and recruiting personnel, but also alumni participated in the seminars. They were able to hear directly about career design and job satisfaction, and receive job-hunting advice.
