1月月例研修会を開催しました！
当院越智かよ子要員が、インドネシアの学校及び地域の災害への対応能力（レジリエンス）の強化と、災害リスクの軽減を目指し、インドネシア赤十字社（PMI）と協働して行った、インドネシア防災強化事業について講演しました。
事業地スタッフがチームとして事業内容を共通認識できるように、ミーティングの必要性に気づくよう働きかけを行い、主体的に動けるようにエンパワーメントした事例を紹介しました。
相手国赤十字社との良好な関係を構築して事業をチームとして進めていくことの大切さを学ぶ研修会となりました。

From the International Medical Relief Department

We held our monthly training seminar in January.

In the seminar, Ms. Ochi, Administrator of our department, made a presentation about the Disaster Risk Reduction Project in Indonesia conducted in partnership with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), where she served as an administrative staff member for this project last year.

She shared an example of capacity building where she encouraged field staff to recognize the importance of holding team meetings and take initiative in project implementation.

The seminar provided valuable insights into the importance of building strong partnerships with host National Societies and advancing projects through collaborative teamwork
