Inspired by traditional Japanese songs, ayapan★ plays a soothing selection centered on analog records. She crafts a unique sound atmosphere across lounges, cafes, outdoor events, and more in Nagoya. She is also a collector of 90s 8cm CDs.
Kazumasa Suzuki – version city session

Kazumasa Suzuki began his career in Nagoya’s club scene in the early 90s. In 2009, he formed “version city session” and released #1 – plays japanese club classics vol.1 the following year, a live jazz cover album of Japanese club tracks.

The cover of Ryuichi Sakamoto’s “Riot In Lagos” was featured in a Patagonia environmental documentary and selected by legendary UK jazz DJ Paul Murphy for the Jazz Room Records compilation Covers.

アナログのぬくもりと独自の音の世界を体感できる一夜。
ayapan★

きっかけは「にほんのうた」。アナログレコードを中心に、心地よさを大切にした選曲で音空間を演出。名古屋のラウンジやカフェ、アウトドアイベントなどでも活動中。90年代の8cmCDコレクターでもある。
鈴木 一彰 – version city session

90年代前半から名古屋のクラブシーンで活動を開始。2009年に「version city session」を結成し、翌年には国産クラブミュージックをジャズでカバーしたライブアルバム『#1 – plays japanese club classics vol.1』をリリース。

坂本龍一「Riot In Lagos」のカバーはパタゴニアの環境ドキュメンタリーで使用され、イギリスのDJ Paul Murphyが主宰するJazz Room Recordsのコンピレーション『Covers』にも収録され、海外からも注目を集めた。
