食創造科学科は「2025年度新入生ガイダンス・交流会」として、日本の食・醸造文化を支える「愛知・三河エリア」への1泊2日のバスツアーに出かけました🚌

行きのバス車内では「食」にまつわる先輩たちのレクリエーションが楽しく、緊張していた１年生もあっという間に打ち解けていました☺「交流会」のゲームではゼミの枠を超えてたくさんの学友と親睦を深めることができました。教員インタビューでは、先生方の意外な一面も⁉

2日目は、三河エリアの「醸造企業」を見学。これからの学びに先駆けて、「食産業」・「食文化」への興味や関心、理解を深めることができたツアーでした。

　As part of the 2025 New Student Guidance and Exchange Meeting, the Food Science Department went on a two-day, one-night bus tour to the Aichi-Mikawa area, which supports Japan's food and brewing culture.

　On the way there, the seniors had fun doing recreational activities related to food, and the first-year students, who were nervous at first, quickly opened up to each other. In the games at the exchange meeting, students were able to deepen their friendships with many classmates beyond the scope of the seminar. In the teacher interviews, we also got to see some unexpected sides of the teachers!

　On the second day, we visited a brewing company in the Mikawa area. It was a tour that allowed students to deepen their interest, interest, and understanding of the food industry and food culture ahead of their future studies.
