ルワンダ共和国に派遣される関塚看護副部長の出発式を行いました。
日本赤十字社は2019年からルワンダ赤十字社と協力し、災害や貧困に苦しむ人々のレジリエンス（困難から立ち上がる回復力のこと）強化事業を展開しています。
今回、関塚看護副部長は日赤現地首席代表として、事業全体の管理を担う予定です。式典では、「まずは現地の人々の声を聴き、ともに想いを分かち合い、一緒に未来を創っていきたい」との抱負が語られました。

We held a send-off ceremony for Deputy Chief Nurse Sekizuka, who will be dispatched to the Republic of Rwanda.
Since 2019, the Japanese Red Cross Society has been implementing a resilience-building project in partnership with the Rwanda Red Cross, aiming to support people affected by disasters and poverty. Nurse Sekizuka will oversee the entire operation as the Chief Representative of the Japanese Red Cross Society in Rwanda.
During the ceremony, she remarked, “I hope we can build a better future by listening to local voices and sharing ideas together.”
