第一弾は6日に稲佐山で開催されるライブ『夏 長崎から2025』にちなんで、長崎県出身のシンガーソングライター、小説家、俳優としても知られる日本の国民的アーティストのさだまさし（本名：佐田 雅志）さんのご家族が経営されているお店
『☆自由飛行館 かすてら珈琲』をご紹介いたします！
こちらのお店はお母様が1980年に東京でオープンされたお店で、1984年に長崎に移転。
リニューアルを経て41年間愛され続けている喫茶店です✨
現在は妹の佐田玲子さんが経営されています！
店内にはさだまさしさんのサインやグッズなども取り揃えてあり、ランチメニューも豊富でカステラを使った特製スイーツメニューもございます！
今回私は 「ハッピーオムライス サラダ・スープ付」￥1,100-（税込）を頼みました☕
こちらはまかないからの出世メニューだそうです🙌ボリューミーで満足感のあるオムライスでついついスプーンが止まらなくなる一品でした🥄

The first installment will be held on the 6th at Inasa Mountain, in conjunction with the live concert “Summer from Nagasaki 2025.” We will introduce “Jiyu Hikokan Kasutera Coffee,” a shop run by the family of Masashi Sada, a nationally renowned Japanese artist who is a singer-songwriter, novelist, and actor from Nagasaki Prefecture.
This café was opened in Tokyo in 1980 by the mother of Nagasaki singer-songwriter Masashi Sada, and moved to Nagasaki four years later in 1984. After renovations, it has been loved for 41 years! It is currently run by his sister, Reiko Sada.
The interior features Masashi's autographs, merchandise, and small items. The lunch menu is also abundant, including special sweets made with castella!
This time, I ordered the ‘Happy Omelette Rice with Salad and Soup’ for 1,100 yen (tax included).
This dish apparently originated as a staff meal and has since become a popular menu item.
It was a hearty and satisfying omelette rice dish that was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it!
There were also other tempting dishes like special beef curry and spaghetti Napolitan, making it hard to choose.
