If so, you’re in luck! This is Densho-en Park in Tono City (tono_denshoen), a facility that faithfully recreates the Tono people’s everyday life and culture of the past 🛖, along with various exhibits dedicated to the Tono Monogatari 👧 🐎.
Explore the inside of the famous L-shaped Nanbu Magariya former Kikuchi family house and other buildings to get a feel of what life in Tono was like back then 🏘️!
Before you leave, stop by Oshira Hall to see the Thousand Oshira Statues. Legend has it that if you write your wishes on a cloth and dress an Oshira statue with it, your prayers will be answered 🌠.
