This folding screen designed by Living National Treasure Kenkichi Tomimoto features a diamond patterned fern leaf, a had to the five-layered diamond Okura family crest. It adored the walls of the Orchid Room, the main dining room in the former Main Building.

オークラ東京の歴史を振り返る新シリーズ「Journey to The Okura Tokyo」

大倉家の家紋(五階菱)に因んだ菱文様の中に、羊歯(しだ)を表現した屏風。本館「オーキッドルーム」の壁面装飾を再利用したもので、人間国宝 富本憲吉がデザインを手掛け、現在は日本料理 山里の入り口にて皆様をお迎えしております。
