We visited Bocchi san in Asahi City, Chiba Prefecture, where we had the opportunity to experience the planting of peanut seeds and engage in fieldwork. By touching the soil with our own hands, we learned about the growth process, feeling deeply connected with earth and the life that flourishes beneath the surface.🤝
Each seed planted by our hands felt like hope, earth’s potential, reminding us of the beauty of cultivation and the cycle of life.🌱🫶

千葉県旭市のBocchiさんを訪れ、落花生の種まきや畑作業を体験しました🫶。
自分たちの手で土に触れ、育つ過程を知ることで、普段使っている食材がどれだけの手間と想いをかけて作られているのかをあらためて実感しました。
Bocchiさんは7年前に、ブリコラージュとして初めての生産者様訪問をさせていただいて以来、ずっと大切な かえるべき場所のような存在です。
そして作り手として、大切に育てられたおいしい食材を、料理やパンに想いを乗せてお客様に届けることこそが私たちの使命だといつも気づかせてくれるのです☺️
