MOKOでは正社員のサービススタッフ、調理スタッフ、またスタジエされたい方を募集しています。

伝統的なフランス料理からインスピレーションを受け、日本の食材を取り入れたモダンフレンチです。

ワインは白、赤、それぞれ100種類ほどあるのでソムリエを目指したい方も大歓迎。

オープンキッチンの為、調理スタッフもサービススタッフ同様の仕事内容を行っていただきます。

お店では日本語•英語•フランス語と多言語が飛び交います。

We are currently seeking permanent service and cooking staff.

We would also like to extend a warm welcome to those interested in pursuing a stage placement with us.

Our French cuisine draws inspiration from classical French traditions and modern cuisine, incorporating a selection of Japanese ingredients.

Our extensive wine list, featuring over 100 varieties of white and red wines, offers a perfect opportunity for aspiring sommeliers to hone their skills.

As the restaurant features an open kitchen design, the cooking staff are expected to perform tasks similar to those of the service staff.

Chef Alexies MOKO is
Born in Versailles, France
He was raised in Ross-on-Wye, England, and speaks Japanese, English, and some French.
