✅ 京都の“銭湯文化”を、次世代へつなぐ♨️
実は今、京都の銭湯は高齢化や人手不足により次々と廃業の危機に….
銭湯がなくなると、その町における銭湯文化や
銭湯で顔を合わせる温かなコミュニティもなくなってしまいます💦

👨‍🎓👩‍🎓💬「学生の力で京都に根付く“銭湯文化”を残したい！」
銭湯清掃ボランティア(主に東山湯温泉、山城温泉など)を通して、
銭湯の継続・銭湯文化を残そうと日々頑張っています💪

慈善活動を行うことで
自分自身に新しい価値を見つけ、
それを社会貢献へ繋げるということを
大事にしています✨

✅若い世代に銭湯の魅力を発信！🧖
活動内容は清掃だけでなく….
サウナ施設で熱波師をしたり、
子ども達とお風呂を楽しんだり...
若い世代に銭湯の魅力を伝える活動をたくさん行っています📶

みんなで掃除を頑張った後や
ゆったり楽しみながら入るお風呂は
いつにも増して気持ち良さそうですね☺️

Introducing the activities of “Ritsumeikan Public Bath Circle – Yudate” 💬

Today, February 6th, is **“Bath Day”**♨, so…
we’re spotlighting Ritsumeikan Public Bath Circle – Yudate (rits_sentou),
who kindly provided these wonderful activity photos💡

✅ Connecting Kyoto’s public bath (sento) culture to the next generation ♨️
In Kyoto today, many public baths are facing closure due to aging facilities and labor shortages…
If sento disappear, the culture rooted in each neighborhood—
and the warm community fostered through everyday encounters—would also be lost💦

👨‍🎓👩‍🎓💬 “We want to preserve Kyoto’s traditional sento culture through the power of students!”
Through volunteer cleaning activities (mainly at Higashiyama-yu Onsen, Yamashiro Onsen, etc.),
members work hard every day to help sustain local public baths
and preserve their long-standing culture💪

✅ Sharing the charm of sento with the younger generation! 🧖
Their activities go beyond cleaning—
they also work as sauna heat wave performers,
enjoy baths together with children,
and engage in many efforts to spread the appeal of sento to younger audiences📶
