もらったりんごの木箱に柿渋を塗って、プランターに。

借りた畑から草をもちかえり、雑草堆肥作り。

お店で出るコーヒーかすや生ゴミをコンポストに。

バッグタイプのコンポストでは、店で出るコーヒーかすや茶殻を入れるとあっという間にパンパンになるので、りんご箱を改良して新たなコンポストを作るかどうするか思案中です

高島の畑ではにんじんの種をまきました。
いつか自分たちで栽培した野菜をお店で提供する日が来たら良いなーー😍

Preparing for our rooftop vegetable garden. We coated a wooden apple box with persimmon tannin and turned it into a planter. We brought back grass from a field and made weed compost. We're using the coffee grounds and food waste from our shop as compost. Compost bag quickly fill up when we put coffee grounds and tea leaves from our shop in them, so we're thinking about modifying the apple boxes to create a new compost box.
