At Tendan Kusatsu store, we sell Kurao pork, also known as "Baumkuchen pork."
Kurao pork is a brand of pork from Omi that was raised on a diet of Baumkuchen.
It is a premium marbled pork with sweet marbling, and we have loin, belly and shoulder loin cuts available in our shop.
