Located in the historic residence built by the artist Kagehira Imao, who painted the "Cloud Dragon" at Nanzen-ji in Kyoto, "Roku Juan" (roku.juan) is a must-visit! The 100-year-old traditional Japanese building offers a serene setting where you can enjoy "Kara Warabi" while overlooking the garden. The dish, with its edible flowers and smooth, jelly-like texture, is a treat, served with homemade black syrup and roasted soybean flour for an indulgent experience.
