香港の皆様に鎌倉の文化と味をご紹介できることを楽しみにしております。

The “Tsukikagami” Kamakura Galette, made with a soft and crumbly cookie that melts into a soft, delicious caramel filling, is now available for a limited time only at the Hong Kong Sogo Causeway Bay store.

We are looking forward to introducing the culture and flavors of Kamakura to the people of Hong Kong!


Tsukikagami (Walnut):Soft walnuts are combined with a bitter sweet caramel filling, wrapped in a soft and crumbly cookie.

Tsukikagami (Raisin):Flavorful rum raisins are combined with a savory caramel filling wrapped in a soft and crumbly cookie.
