３年生の ARAYAN Renz Kayle Roble さんが、日韓合同の国際起業キャンプ「GCSC 2026」で グローバルトラック金賞 を受賞しました！🎉
受賞プロジェクト 「X-Pass」 は、世界的な高齢化の中で深刻化する “退職専門職の孤立” と “若者のキャリア不安” を同時に解決することを目指す構想✨
AIを活用し、退職した専門職と学生・社会人をつなぐキャリアメンタリングプラットフォームを提案し、知識や経験が世代を超えて循環する仕組みを描きました🌍
ARAYANさんは、
「多くのアイデアが集まる中で選ばれたことをとても光栄に思います。アドバイザーの皆さま、PBLの仲間、主催者のコーチングなど、多くの支援が大きな力になりました。叡啓大学の代表として発表できたことを誇りに思います」とコメントしています😊

3rd-year student ARAYAN Renz Kayle Roble has won the Global Track Gold Award at the Japan–Korea International Startup Camp “GCSC 2026”! 🎉
His award-winning project, “X-Pass,” aims to address two growing global issues at the same time: the isolation of retired professionals and the career uncertainty faced by young people. ✨
The project proposes an AI-powered career mentoring platform that connects retired experts with students and young professionals, creating a system where knowledge and experience can be shared across generations. 🌍
ARAYAN commented:
“I am truly honored to have been selected among so many outstanding ideas. The support from my advisors at Eikei University of Hiroshima, my PBL teammates, and the coaching and mentoring provided by the organizers all played a major role in this achievement. I am proud to have represented Eikei University of Hiroshima at this event.” 😊
He also shared that this experience has strengthened his commitment to continue addressing social issues in the future. 🤝
