鎌倉を代表する有名仏の一つ、国宝・鎌倉の大仏さま。

その大仏さまの胎内は空洞になっており、
誰でも見学できることをご存知でしょうか？

奈良・東大寺の大仏さまと同じ方法で造られ、
とても高度な技術が用いられています。

その技術の跡を見学することができるのです。

そんな貴重な大仏さまの胎内では、
むかしむかし、男女の密会の場所であったり、
浮浪者が焚き火をしていた時代もあったそうです😳

The Great Buddha of Kamakura, a national treasure, is one of the most famous Buddha statues representing Kamakura.

Did you know that the inside of the Great Buddha is hollow and open to the public?

It was made using the same method as the Great Buddha of Todaiji Temple in Nara, and very advanced techniques were used.

You can actually see traces of that technique.

It is said that in the past, the inside of this precious Buddha was a place for men and women to have secret meetings, and homeless people would have bonfires there.
