2025年5月12日(月)に黄金しゃぶしゃぶ たか福 名古屋JRセントラルタワーズ店が『しゃぶしゃぶ専門店』としてリニューアルオープンいたしました。

しゃぶしゃぶの魅力をさら発信するため、
厳選した黒毛和牛はもちろん、たか福自慢の牛骨・牛すじ・香味野菜を10時間以上かけじっくり丁寧に煮出した『黄金出汁(こがねだし)』に相性の良い国産豚「金華豚」を新たにメニューに追加いたしました。

May 12, 2025, "Kogane Shabu-Shabu Takafuku" at Nagoya JR Central Towers has reopened as a "Shabu-Shabu Specialty Restaurant."

To further promote the allure of shabu-shabu, we have newly added the domestically-produced pork "Kinka Pork" to our menu, which pairs perfectly with our signature "Kogane Dashi," a rich broth that is carefully simmered for over 10 hours using selected black Wagyu beef, along with Takafuku's pride—beef bones, beef tendons, and aromatic vegetables.

The "Kogane Dashi" enhances the flavors of the ingredients such as black Wagyu, Kinka Pork, and seasonal vegetables. We also offer our specially crafted sauces "Sesame Sauce" and "Ponzu Sauce," as well as "Condiments" that provide a pleasant accent to the high-quality seasonal ingredients. For the finale, enjoy our "Kogane Ramen," which allows you to savor every bit of the soup's umami.
