Hidenori Yamaguchi graduated from the sushi school!
He has experience in starting a business overseas, working in IT companies and in the transportation industry, and at the age of 44, he made up his mind and changed to a chef.
He was attracted to the school where he could learn sushi in a short period of time.
6 months after joining the company. After studying at the sushi school and training in the restaurant, he finally made his counter debut in February!
