３月８日は、アメリカ・ニューヨークで女性労働者が参政権などを求めてデモを起こした日にちなみ、国連が「国際女性デー」と定めています💐
国際女性の日は、1975年に定められました。女性たちが、平和と安全、開発における役割の拡大、組織やコミュニティーにおける地位向上などによって、どこまでその可能性を広げてきたかを確認すると同時に、今後のさらなる前進に向けて話し合う機会として設けた記念日です。
日本では、毎年、女性活躍・男女共同参画担当大臣と、内閣総理大臣がメッセージを発信しています。
また、4月に開催される大阪・関西万博でも、女性活躍や多様性の実現をテーマとした「ウーマンズ・パビリオン」が出展されるそうです❗️
豊橋市の市民協働推進課では、今年も、国際女性デーのシンボルでもあるミモザの花を窓口に飾ることで啓発を図りました😊
また、今年度は、(株)ティア代表取締役社長の冨安徳久さんを講師に迎え、育児や介護と仕事が両立できる柔軟な勤務体系の設定、女性が無理なく仕事を続けられる労働環境体制の整備などについてご紹介いただく、とよはし女性応援プロジェクトセミナー「幸福創造経営〜夢よりも先へ〜」を開催しました👏

The day was established in 1975 to recognize the extent to which women have expanded their potential by increasing their roles in peace and security, development, and improving their status in organizations and communities, as well as to discuss ways to make further progress in the future.
In Japan, the Minister of State for Women's Development and Gender Equality and the Prime Minister deliver an annual message.
Also, at the Osaka-Kansai World Expo to be held in April, a “Women's Pavilion” with the theme of realizing women's activities and diversity will be exhibited❗️
This year, the Citizen Cooperation Promotion Division of Toyohashi City also raised awareness by displaying mimosa flowers, the symbol of International Women's Day, at its counter 😊
They also held the Toyohashi Women's Support Project Seminar “Happiness Creation Management: Beyond Dreams” with Mr. Norihisa Tomiyasu, President and CEO of TEAR Corporation, as a lecturer, introducing a flexible work system that enables work to be balanced with childcare and nursing care, and a working environment that allows women to continue working without pushing themselves too hard👏
