国際芸術祭「あいち2025」参加アーティストのシモーヌ・リーさんの展示の様子をお届けします。
愛知県陶磁美術館の本館地下1階で展示しています。吹き抜けの空間を圧倒する大きな作品は、黒人女性の主体性をめぐる問題を静かに、力強く訴えているかのようです。陶やブロンズで表現した作品となっていますので、素材にも注目しながら展示をお楽しみください。

We’re pleased to share scenes from Simone Leigh’s exhibitions.
An artwork exploring the issue of Black women’s agency is currently on display in the basement level of the main building at Aichi Prefectural Ceramic Museum.
The pieces are expressed through ceramics and other materials, so we encourage you to enjoy the exhibition while paying attention to the materials used.
